Once you have completed on your mortgage,
our first-class service doesn’t end there. You will receive
a welcome call from OFM Review who will continue to support and advise
you. Indeed, the aim of OFM Review is very simple; to maintain contact
with all OFM clients once they have completed on their mortgage. OFM
Review will invite you to complete a customer satisfaction survey
and will be keen to gain your feedback on the service you have received.
We value your views and by listening to our clients we aim to ensure
that the service we provide is the best that it can possibly be.
Every client receives a regular newsletter as well as an annual review
of their mortgage product. To ensure that you continue to benefit
from the best rates and products available, OFM Review also contacts
every client prior to the expiry of their chosen mortgage product.
