After you have completed your mortgage application with one of our highly qualified advisers, your case will be passed to our Mortgage Processing Centre. Our experienced mortgage processing team will liaise with the lender to ensure you receive your mortgage offer as quickly as possible with the minimum of stress. Our team will keep you informed at every stage of the process from the time of applying for your mortgage right through to liaising with your legal representative and exchange of contracts.
