The main criteria of the policy
- Your property is built in brick or stone with a slate or tiled
roof and located within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or
Isle of Man.
- Your property will be permanently occupied by you and/or your
immediate family.
- You or any member of your family have not been convicted, or
are not currently charged with any offence other than a driving
offence, or have not had any personal insurance declined, cancelled
or agreed on special terms.
- Your property will not be left unoccupied for any reason for
more than 30 days at a time.
